Current Electrical Outage (12/14)

12/14 at 9:10 p.m. Glad to report the power is back on! We are awaiting the all clear from the Fire Marshall. Residents are asked to stay put for the night in their hotels or with family until we are allowed to return. If all is safe, we will be in touch in the am to arrange transportation back to the community. Thank you to everyone for their cooperation and for the amazing response from the Middletown Township emergency responders!

12/14 at 6:00 p.m. Pennswood is experiencing a major electrical outage, as of December 14. Updates to be posted as soon as possible. All residents and staff are safe and accounted for.

12/15 at 8:22 am. We have permission to return to campus from the Fire Marshall. If residents are returning from friends and family please call the front desk when you arrive back to let us know. Those in hotels — we are working on transportation back to campus. Buses are currently dispatched and Pennswood staff is present at all of the hotels in case you need anything. Thank you all for you patience during this emergency.
